Blue City Cottage is a spacious duplex situated in Old East Dallas within 10 minutes of downtown and central to all Dallas has to offer. This home is over 100 years old but has been fully remodeled to retain its vintage charm. Furnishings are just as comfortable as they are beautiful with a touch of its history in pieces such as the original claw foot tub. The kitchen has been outfitted with all of the necessities including a coffee bar.

The neighborhood is urban and transitional and has some noise but is completely quiet by 9 pm. There is one guest parking spot available in the back of the home. Driveway should not be blocked as it is a shared driveway. Rental Agreement must be signed to complete your booking.
